Job Description and Responsibilities
• To direct receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Oversee the efficient receipts, storage and dispatch of pharmaceuticals products
• Set up the layout of the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and Dispatch of Pharmaceuticals and products
• Set up the layout of thw warehouse efficient space Utilisation
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage software
• Produce reports regularly for in/out status reports, short expiry stock, etc
• Maintain standards of health and safey, hygiene and security
• Maintain good relations with customers, suppliers and transport companies
• Maintain tidiness of the warehouse
• Supervise and train warehouse staff and ensure sops are observed
• Should be able to provide 2 sureties / references to take responsibility

Qualification Required & Experience
• Minimum 5 years work experience as a warehouse manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Excellent computer skills to maintain stock and control movement of finished stock expertise in warehouse
• Management procedures and best practises
• Excellent communication skills
