Akroma Gold Company LTD is seeking to recruit Shift Boss.

Qualification Required & Experience

• At least Diploma in Mining Engineering or related field
• Valid Certificate of Competency issued by the Minerals Commission
• Oversee and manage daily mining operations during assigned shifts
• Enforce adherence to the Ghanaian Mining and Explosives Acts and Regulations
• Coordinate task scheduling, resource allocation and workforce assignments

Location: Accra
