A reputable general insurance company is seeking to recruit results-oriented persons for the following position: Senior Marketing/Sales Officers Marketing/Sales Officers
Key Responsibilities
• Identifies, grows, develops, manages and retains potential and existing clients
• Identifies new business and product opportunities using relevant research tools / sector specific targeting/cold calling strategies
• Assists in developing marketing strategies and plans to support the achievement of set targets, including prospects for new business, expand market opportunities and increase the market share
Qualification Required & Experience
• A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in general insurance
• Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
• Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal
• Strong client management skills
• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
• Strong skills in researching and analyzing new business opportunities
Location: Accra & Kumasi
