Role Description
• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Accra.
• The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, training and supporting the sales team, developing customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies.
• Daily tasks include interacting with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in Training and supporting sales teams
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
