Sales Person at Manufacturing Company

A soft drinks manufacturing company in Tema seeks to recruit a sales person.
Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell company’s beverage products in the Ghana market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, depot.
• Drive the sales process from start to finish.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Support promotional activities to increase product awareness.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism — must not misuse company resources or authority for personal gain.
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Prior sales experience in beverage industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Ghanaian market and distribution channels.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of local languages is an added advantage).
Benefits: Basic salary + commission + allowances (transport/phone/hotel and other expenses paid for when traveling).
