Cool Guy AC is one of Ghana’s rising HVAC (air-conditioning) service companies, specializing in installation, servicing, repair, and customer comfort solutions. We are driven by quality service, customer loyalty programs, and community outreach. We are expanding and looking for energetic Sales & Marketing personnel to grow our customer base and promote our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Actively market Cool Guy AC services through social media, direct marketing, and community engagement.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Promote loyalty card programs, discount packages, and charity campaigns
• Assist in organizing promotional events and branding activities.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.
• Provide regular sales reports and marketing updates to management.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Self-driven, persuasive, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work in field sales within Accra and nearby areas.
