Job Summary:
Royal Elmount Hotel is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive both sales and promotional activities for the hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and promoting the hotel’s full range of services, including accommodation, restaurant, pool bar, conference facilities, and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet occupancy, F&B, and event revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with corporate organizations, travel agencies, tour operators, and event planners.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
• Manage the hotel’s online presence, including social media accounts, website content, and online travel agency (OTA) listings (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).
• Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to analyze competition, customer trends, and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with internal departments (front office, F&B, events) to align sales efforts with operational delivery.
• Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance to management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Strong sales negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media management and online advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an added advantage.
