Job Purpose

• Provide a readily available service-focused, knowledgeable and experienced point of contact for both new and existing members
• Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards

Key Responsibilities

Customer/Member Service

• Identify members needs effectively and advise on appropriate products
• Cross-sell products effectively

Business Development

• Increase the organisation’s loans portfolio by encouraging members to use it as their first port of call
• Sell the organisation’s products proactively and increase membership base

Administrative Compliance

• Conduct needs analysis to identify members financial needs and communicate this to the general manager for further attention
• Ensure proper and up-to-date record keeping

Other Attributes

• Assertive, good team player, effective communication skills, self-motivated achiever

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum qualification of BSc Administration, Marketing option with 3 years experience or HND Marketing with 5 years experience in the Financial industry
• Experience in credit union management will be an added advantage
