Job Description

Perform the duties of a Relationship officer in a financial institution

Prospects and Identify potential customers
Generate new leads and business for the company
Manage existing client relationships By regular visits
Develop and manage new relationships
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Promote positive relations with Client’s employers, finance officers of partners.
Undertake research and report to management on service and solution improvements that will enhance sales and marketing activity.
Conduct competitive analysis to keep up with industry trends, identify marketing opportunities and the development of new services and products.

Qualification and Requirements

Sales experience
Team management experience
Ability to recruit agents who can reach out and sell to high net worth individuals
Ability to target and sell to high net worth individuals
Must be customer oriented
First Degree ( Any discipline)
Age 30 years and above
