Job Summary
• We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Supervisor to oversee talent acquisition, particularly for skilled workers in the construction and manufacturing sectors, including artisans, machine operators, and factory hands. The role requires expertise in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent while ensuring recruitment policies and processes align with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers and meet company needs.
• Manage recruitment channels, ensuring an effective talent pipeline.
• Track and update recruitment progress, ensuring timely hiring decisions.
• Collect and verify onboarding documents to maintain compliance.
• Analyze recruitment trends and recommend process improvements.
• Supervise and mentor recruiters, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
• Negotiate salaries for skilled workers within company guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to develop long-term workforce planning strategies.
• Ensure timely issuance and distribution of employee ID cards.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies for skilled workers.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and trends for process optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
