Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and confidential Personal Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to CEO. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
• Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and official documents
• Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and memos
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and electronic)
• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics
• Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders

• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Management, or related field
• At least 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
