Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Operational Officer to oversee our daily operations in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the high standards of our industry. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for the FMCG industry, we would love to hear from you.

Essential Duties

The Accountant performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department including:

• Oversee daily operations.
• Analyze and improve operational processes.
• Work closely with other departments.
• Ensure products are delivered on time.
• Identify and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Maintains inventory records and conduct regular stock taking.
• Lead and motivate the operations team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to prepare and present reports to senior management.
