A telecommunications company located in Accra is looking for a Network Operation Centre (NOC) Officer.

Job Summary

• This position will partner and effectively manage the relationship with maintenance and operations teams and ensure maximum possible network service availability
• The NOC support office will be responsible for creating and producing quality reports on network availability, in addition to ensuring appropriate response times and ticket escalations in accordance with the escalation matrix.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or related area, or the equivalent combination of formal education/training and/ or experience
• At least 2 years hands-on experience in NOC operations
• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
• Being abreast of Advance Excel and a good communicator is a must
