AccraJob Description
• Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer customer inquiries, assist them in locating products, and advise on the use of OTC medicines.
• Process sales transactions for both prescription and over-the-counter items using the point-of-sale system.
• Dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Count pills, label bottles, and prepare prescriptions for patients.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of medications.

Skills and Qualifications
• A certificate in Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) from an accredited institution
• One to three years of experience in a pharmacy or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication, and the ability to advise customers are essential.
• Basic mathematical abilities are needed
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are necessary for managing various responsibilities efficiently.
• The ability to maintain customer confidentiality
