VOSA is a core pillar in BMMC’s digital transformation strategy. It supports dealer performance, uplift sales team digitization, consumer insight and engagement and long-term brand loyalty development. We are therefore looking for an organized and tech-savy Marketing Specialist to oversee VOSA operations, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and improve long-term brand loyalty via our digitized platforms. The role involves providing data insights, providing campaign and content feedback, channel contribution and conversion tracking and assessing influencer metrics
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee full implementation, training, operation, and optimization
• Manage coordination across development, sales, and marketing teams
• Ensure system stability and support for all users (internal & external)
• Provide first-line technical support and training
• Manage localization, user engagement, and system updates
• Training and performance tracking
• Assess customer behavior and provide data insights to various teams
Qualification Required & Experience
• Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in large factory or company sales and marketing department
• Familiar with the use of online sales trackers and apps.
• CRM experience is an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
