• Conduct check-in and checkout procedures
• Manage the payment of water and ECG bills
• Facilitate any repairs works needed
• Conduct periodic checks of rooms monthly
• Creating and advertising promotions
• Seeking out and contacting groups about accommodation
• Maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order
• Respond to tenants and staff feedback regarding broken or malfunctioning items
• Arrange and implement a preventative maintenance schedule
• Represent the company at key meetings

• A minimum of SHS certificate is required
• At least 1-3 years working experience
