Qualification Required & Experience

• Has a minimum of 5 years experience in the capacity of headmistress or a similar job function
• Must be above 45 years old
• At least a minimum of First Degree certificate or its equivalent from an institute of Education
• Adequate knowledge of current early childhood care and education development theories, research and practices
• Is familiar with government regulations, quality assurance framework

Applicants are required to possess the following additional requirement

• Demonstrate good active communicative skills
• Adequate knowledge of current early childhood care and education development theories, research and practices
• Ability to work well with children and families
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
