Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) – 2 years Fixed-Term contract

• Follow up with customer planned orders
• Assist front office customer service colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest ideas to improve them
• Ensure that generally accepted customer service principles are followed.
• Assist internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration,Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
• Completed National Service

Requirements

• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite
• Good interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to fast changing environments
• Attention to detail
