- You will be a Food and Beverage Manager in a 3 star hotel.

- Creating comfortable meal experience for guests
- Staff training and development
- Cost control and revenue maximization
- Conference and banqueting operations
- Inventory management
- Effective running of pool and lobby bars
- Menu engineering
- Staff planning and organization
- Your experience and skills include:
- Degree in hospitality management
- At least three years’ experience as Food and Beverage Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train staff
- Ability to work under pressure
- Events planning
- Command over the English language. French will be an added advantage Your team and working environment:
