Recruitment Of Factory Supervisors 

• You must be able to control people and assign responsibilities & schedules.
• You should be able to oversee and coach employees.
• You should ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
• You will check production output according to specifications.
• You should be able to use office suite for report entry
• You should have good reporting skills
• You should be able to communicate effectively
  You must be a team player.

Qualification

• Minimum of qualification of HND or Degree
• Applicants should have worked in a similar industry (Plastic Packaging Manufacturing)
• Applicants should live around the location of the company.
