As a member of the customer service team, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service over the phone, in person visits, via email or through chat;
• Attend to customers’ questions and complaints appropriately;
• Create positive relations with the customers and identify opportunities to sell related products and services;
• Collaborate with departments, to deal with customers’ complaints

You should have:

• Excellent communication and relational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills Patience and empathy
• Ability to work under pressure

Qualification Required & Experience

• Minimum Level: SHS graduate and 6Months Experience

Salary: GHC2,600 / month
