Qualification Required & Experience

• Must have HND, Degree or Professional certification in Business Administration or related discipline
• Must be social media and tech savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service and managing customer accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team Player
