Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
• A minimum of Diploma, HND, or Degree in any related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with computer applications (MS Office etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Free transportation: Provided by the Telecom Company.
