A reputable rural bank with branches in the Volta Region is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and innovative individual to fill the vacant position of: Credit / Group Loans Officer
Main Responsibilities
• Facilitate group formation, potential customers and communities
• Ensuring good loan appraisal, disbursement, monitoring and intensive recovery
• Submission of monthly/weekly reports to management
Qualification Required & Experience
• HND or First Degree in Accounting or Marketing or any related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a related role
• Honest, integrity and customer oriented
• Ability to ride motorbike
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills
Location: Volta Region
