Portico Change & Strategy is a UK-based organisation specialised in delivering solutions and outcomes for businesses. We have a requirement to hire a Country Manager and are looking for an ambitious, creative, tenacious and results-driven person to join the team. This is a stand-alone role that provides the right person the opportunity to work within a dynamic organisation in an exciting and fast-developing emerging area.
Roles and Responsibilities
Formulating an Approach
● Develop a strong understanding of products, competition, industry, SWOT, PESTLE, marketing goals, KPIs and short, medium and long-term objectives and and formulate strategy and approach document, roadmap and deployment plan
● Participate in the creation of a strategic roadmap
● Develop and embellish sales funnel with a summary of the communications
appropriate to each level
● Community management and engagement responsibilities (see below)
● Recruit and oversee junior support team members carrying out community
management and engagement role
Business Development and Account Management
● Prepare pitch decks and proposals
● Create, secure and nurture relationships with content creator, influencers, creative media professionals and publishing partners
● Build and nurture relationships with Blue-Tick influencers and micro influencers (collaborations, podcasts etc)
● Facilitate the negotiation of commercial agreements with partners
● Select events and conferences for partnering and marketing opportunities
● Build and manage communities of content creators, influencers, creatives and publishers
● Publish periodic newsletter for clients and our community of content creators, influencers and creative media professionals

Event Management & Sponsorship
● Organise and manage “meet and greets
● Organise and manage in-person brand sponsored events
Campaign Management
● Build and manage communications with communities
● Work with partners to develop innovative, creative and unique approaches to influencer marketing to drive commercial and brand growth
● Monitor performance of partnerships to optimise campaigns, automation, segmentation and channel expansion
● Own marketing and promotional tests with your publishing partners from ideation to execution, with the ability to analyse results against key KPIs
● Main day-to-day contact with clients, demonstrating an enterprising and proactive attitude to all client dealings
Required Experience
● 3+ years of related experience with marketing or specific channel (Brand, Customer Acquisition, Lifecycle) preferably within a consumer-focused organisation
● 2+ years of specific brand partnership or influencer outreach marketing experience
Skills & Competencies Required
● You will be incredibly driven and have the desire to succeed. You put in the hard work, you will get the support and rewards in return
● Heightened work ethic with strong desire to nurture your personal brand
● Strong Excel and manual data analysis capability
● Motivated self-starter, this is a stand alone role
● Excellent communication (verbal/non-verbal skills)
● You will have great communication, presentation and writing ability
The Role of Community Management & Engagement Interns
● Search, qualify and invite people to join the community
● Welcome newcomers, engage and address questions, issues and concerns
● Build and nurture relationships with blue-tick influencers (collaborations,
podcasts etc)
● Remove spam/inappropriate/offensive content and reiterate rules to group
● Organise and deliver on-line events
● Deliver short video snippets to share updates and promote events
● Reach out to accounts that can share our work and accounts
