Awutu Emasa Rural Bank LTD seeks to employ suitably qualified persons for the following position: Company / Board Secretary
Key Functions
• Assisting the board to comply with the constitution of the company and with any relevant enactment
• Organising board meetings for board of Directors on quarterly basis.
• Ensuring that the minutes of the meetings of shareholders and the directors are properly recorded
• Preparing and issuing out notices in the name of the company
• Ensuring that all statutory forms and returns are duly filed annually with the Registrar General’s Department
• Providing the Board with guidance as to the duties, responsibilities and powers of the board and on the changes and development in the laws affecting the operation of companies
Qualification Required & Experience
• Qualified Certificate in Law (BL), the applicant must be in good standing as Barrister or Solicitor in Ghana a
• The applicant must be a member in good standing of
O The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators or
O The Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana
• A minimum of 5 years of post qualification work experience is needed
Location: Awutu Emasa
