Job Description / Responsibilities and Duties
• The College Vice Principal shall assist the College Principal in the overall Management, Administration, Academic and Disciplinary issues of the College in accordance with the Colleges of Education Act 2012 (Act 847). He or she shall act in the adsence of the College Principal among other duties

Qualification Required & Experience
The Vice Principal of the College must:
• Have good character and a high degree of personal integrity
• Be a distinguished teacher and a scholar in teaching and learning
• Be at least a Principal Tutor in the College of Education
• Have a minimum of 5 years cumulative publications, 3 of which must have been published in recognised peer reviewed journals
• Have good knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing the colleges of education in Ghana
• Be able to complete at least one term of 3 years before attaining the compulsory retirement age of 60.
