Role Overview:
We are seeking proactive and goal-driven Business Development Executives to join our team. This is a remote, commission-based role offering unlimited earning potential. You will play a key role in acquiring new merchants, driving revenue, and expanding the reach of mPos Ghana across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect, engage, and onboard new clients (shops, SMEs, wholesalers, e-commerce businesses).
• Present and promote the mPos Ghana platform to prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent outreach and deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Gather feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.
Qualification Required & Experience
Requirements:
• Proven interest or experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Must own a smartphone and have working knowledge of Mobile Money and digital payments.
• Prior experience in technology, retail, or payment solutions is an advantage.
