Job Description

• The Company seeks the Service of an experienced BDE to join Team and help grow the Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentation, proposals and tender documents
• Collaborate with project and technical teams to deisgn solutions that align with client needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in civil engineering, prefab housing and steel construction markets
• Maintain a strong understanding of construction processes, prefab technologies and project management workflows.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, with experience in Prefab & Steel Structures
• Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in Ghana construction sector, preferably within private enterprises.

Salary: Very attractive Monthly salary plus commission

Location: Sakumono
