A reputable private valuation firm providing real estate advisory services is looking to hire an Assistant Valuer who will be based in Accra.
Key Responsibilities
• Valuation of a wide range of commercial, residential and industrial properties.
• Valuation for loan security purposes, acquisition and disposal of property
• Preparation of valuation reports and presentation of valuation advice to clients
• To support an expanding team in its business development objectives
• Ability to undertake instructions independently with minimal supervision and be able to supervise other younger valuers
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc Land Economy / BSc Real Estate / BTECH Management
Additional Skills
• Team player
• Excellent IT Skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good analytical skills
• Valid driving license
• Basic AutoCAD
• Good presentation skills
