Training will be given as follows:

• Ensure all relevant employment documentation is accurately completed for all hires.
• Accurate and up to date record keeping on the HR system.
• Drafting of letters of appointment, fixed term contracts, promotion and increase letters.
• Monitor employee leave in line with the company policy.
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
• Faccilitate disciplinary process and setting up of disciplinary equiries.
• Faccilitate the grievance procedure when necessary.
• Conduct Exit interviews.
• Induction- Facilitate induction for all new employees.
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
• Payroll (wages)
• General Administration
