I have been using Paxful for more than a year now. So far, no bad experience with scammers. Paxful has an escrow system that ensures that both the buyer and seller are protected from scams. When you click on someone’s offer on Paxful to buy or sell bitcoins, the coins are locked up in the escrow account until the buyer or seller confirms the trade.

NB: As a seller, never click on release bitcoins until you have verified that payment has been received.

Anasmotek.com is one of the new perfect money agents in Ghana. They deal with e-currency exchanges such as perfect money, PayPal, Skrill, and even cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. Payment methods are very flexible, from mobile money, cash, bank transfers, to swapping of coins. I have used the Anasmotek Exchange just once. They are pretty reliable. But I don’t like their rates at all.

The last time I exchanged  PayPal dollars for Ghana cedis, I was given a rate of $1 : GHS 4.4. That was way too low when you compare it to the normal dollar-to-cedi rate $1: GHS  5.6.

Additionally, another thing that got me running away from Anasmotek.com is this — one of their team members spoke rudely to me, simply because I was asking them so many questions. Anyway, I stopped patronizing their services, even though they are reliable but sometimes slow.

Localbitcoins

Localbitcoins is my favorite perfect money agent in Ghana. Just like Paxful, Localbitcoins is a peer-peer trading platform that allows you to buy and sell bitcoins by using over 300 digital currencies, including PayPal, perfect money, mobile money, etc.

When you sign up for Localbitcoins, you can buy or sell perfect money for mobile money in Ghana cedis. No need to worry about scammers; an escrow system is there to protect you. The good news is that Localbitcoins run faster even on mobile devices. I have been using Localbitcoins since 2017. So far, so good.

Ecurrency4u

Ecurrency4u.net is an Accra-based perfect money agent in Ghana. They deal with buying and selling of cryptocurrencies, as well as digital currencies like perfect money.

Frankly speaking, I have never patronized their services before. Nevertheless, my background checks on their Google reviews show that they are legit. The Ecurrency4u office is located at 18 Homowo Avenue in Accra.  They are open 24/7 (from Monday to Sunday).
