We are an accounting, tax and business advisory services company based in Midrand who specialise in professional business consulting, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, statutory (CIPC), financial statements, management accounts, cash flow forecasts, BB-BEE certificates and independent reviews services for small and medium enterprises.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Focus, Responsibilities and Learnership Areas :
• Processing of client business transactions to cashbook and general ledger
• Completion of all tax returns, including Income tax, PAYE, VAT and Dividend tax on SARS efiling
- Establish, develop and maintain client relationships
• Produce accurate work to a high technical standard
• Draft management accounts and reports for review
• Interpret and apply theoretical knowledge and legislation to practical business solutions
• Prioritise the workload and meet required deadlines
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word to assist with preparation of proposals, reports, statements and worksheets
• Identify problems and use various tools and techniques to provide suggestions on how to solve them
• Build credibility with colleagues and clients by using effective communication skills
• Contribute effectively to the discussions around work and actively participate in generating creative ideas and thoughts around problem solving
• Adapt to a changing work environment and accommodate changing client demands
• Facilitate teamwork by sharing knowledge with others on a regular basis and actively asking questions in order to achieve personal and work goals

Desired Experience & Qualification
B.Com, B.Compt, B.Compt (Hons), B. Acc or similar Accounting degree from a recognised tertiary institution
Proficient on Accounting Solutions including SageOne, Quickbooks and Xero
Familiar with Payroll Systems (Intercode Payroll an advantage)
Caseware for preparing the AFS and Management Accounts
Package & Remuneration
Negotiable, subject to qualifications and experience
