Responsibilities:
- Clean machines, surfaces (walls and floors), and drains according to procedures
- Stack products neatly in designated areas and organize pallets
- Clean buckets and trolleys according to procedures
- Remove foreign objects from the working area
- Move trolleys, pallets and packaging materials between production areas
- Move product from chillers to the preparation area
- Assist operators in the operation of machines as instructed
- Count raw materials/ finished goods during stock takes and cycle counts according to instructions
- Maintain housekeeping, safety and food safety requirements
- Perform Food Safety and Quality related activities as part of the BRC FSMS and QC/QA functions
- Carry out work following SOP’s and the relevant safety standards.

Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate will be desired
- 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of mechanical equipment would be advantageous
- Good communication and organizational skills
