Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates for the above-mentioned permanent position in the Health Care Centre Unit.
Minimum qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Nursing. Postgraduate diploma or degree required Certificate in Dispensing, HIV counseling.

Minimum experience:
10 years’ experience in Primary Health Care.
At least 8 years must be working with youth in the institution of higher learning

Key Competencies:
Ability to work independently, Good problem solving skills, Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Report writing skills..

Key performance areas:
Liaise with external and internal stakeholders in organizing resources for the unit. Ensure implementation of recommendations by the Department of Health on managing a Covid19 case. Manage operations within the clinic. Monitor that guidelines are adhered to in the provision of Primary Health Care. Coordinate all programs conducted in Health Care Centre. Give direct and indirect supervision to staff in both units (Alice and East London). Analyze data and discuss findings with the manager. Assist in compiling reports and presentations to committees like HICC. Ensuring highest level of accountability and professionalism in rendering services in the unit. Represent the unit on health related issues in the absence of the clinic manager.
