Job Description

TrimCheck is a platform for on-demand call out barbers & in-shop barbers. Consumers can search, book and pay for reviewed barbers at their chosen location.The RoleYou Will Be Responsible For 

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 1 year experience as a customer service representative
  • You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are a strong relationship builder
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
