Position Summary
The main purpose of the role is to ensure efficiency of Noodles lines by operating and executing maintenance on the processing line efficiently. Also ensure that the product complies with the set quality standards and must meet all material specification of that particular product, maintain plant and machinery equipment and to work as part of the team to attain departmental objectives by ensuring a high quality of products, services, housekeeping and hygiene standards.
A day in the life of…
- Record the operational parameter’s information and downtime on the production control sheet & ensure traceability of products
- Operate in line with machine safety standards ( without any bypass ) using right PPE & keeping surrounding clean to avoid any potential accident.
- Accountable for material receiving and consumptions in SAP & stoppage recording in SAM.
- Be pro-active and prevent breakdowns on his/her line and shows initiative to continuously improve equipment performance.
- Attend to mechanical breakdown
What will make you successful
Trade test and N3 Certificate as auto mechanic or fitter/turner
