Client Management Administrator by Everest Wealth

About the job

Summary of role:

Everest Wealth is a specialist investment management business focusing on personal share portfolio solutions. You will be required to maintain overall responsibility for support to Everest Wealth in the areas of client service, administration and data capturing.

You’ll also be expected to know your company’s products, systems, procedures, and policies inside out as well as work with the System Administrator to support the functions of systems, finance, and reporting.

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Receive, check, capture and process client requests insofar as direct investment business such as new applications, additional applications, withdrawals, or change of client details
  • [Receive, check, capture, and process (or assist in the processing) client requests insofar as investment platform business such as new applications, additional applications, withdrawals, or change of client details
  • Manage communication with advisors and clients insofar as the status of requests as well as monthly statement preparation
  • Capture client information on systems such as client relationship management platforms as well as FICA systems

Minimum requirements:

  • Preferably any financial services experience – investment industry-focused, whether in administration, service, or advice
  • Preferably NQF Level 5 or higher – investment or wealth management orientated qualifications ideal
  • RE exams would be a benefit
  • Financial advisory or investment administration experience
