Job Description
- Database design fundamentals and normalization principles
- Administrator and support DBA environment
- Optimization of queries using performance management tools
- Create tables, views, procedures, functions, triggers, etc.
- Testing procedures and functions developed
- Ability to use logic in the creation of Sql queries
- Ability to work with large data sets
- Strong ETL skills
- Basic Knowledge of SSIS
- Document new and existing processes
- Solid knowledge of a Windows Operating System.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and other office applications.
- The ability to manage and maintain Client Data
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Understand the importance of the processes and procedures setup by the Department Manager
- Basic desktop support
- Good Communication skills
- Good Problem-Solving skills
- Initiative and Self Motivated
- Call Centre Experience (Collections) would be advantageous.
- Good team player

- Btech in information technology or BSc Information technology.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in an administrative role would be advantageous Call centre experience beneficial
