Another challenge most professional have to contend with is replying to every important email while achieving set targets of the day.  Thus this requires a smart approach to managing ones inbox to keep it as organised as possible. One of the useful ways is filtering emails so relevant emails populate in same place and then irrelevant emails may be marked as spam, so that go go directly to spam folder. That is not to say spam folder should not be monitored because some important emails for some reason go into spam mistakenly.

Another helpful email management technique is to have a single repository for all your email address. For example gmail is a useful platform to achieve this.
