The purpose of this role is to develop and facilitate the execution of the Global Reward Strategy to ensure consistency across regions. The role requires the effective management of remuneration, recognition and benefits programs to ensure global and local competitiveness through market research, best practice principles and effective benchmarking.
The main purpose of the role is to provide support to end users, ensure efficient operation of software solutions and develop reports according to business requirements. The candidate should have good problem solving skills, be able to work independently, design / develop / test and debug database queries.
